These terms govern your use of the OVOLOZ marketplace. By using OVOLOZ, you agree to them.

The marketplace

OVOLOZ is a marketplace. We do not own vehicles or employ drivers; transportation services are provided by independent companies and chauffeurs ("providers"). Your transport contract for a booking is with the provider you select.

Bookings and payments

Prices, availability, and cancellation terms are set by each provider and shown before you book. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

Provider responsibilities

Providers are responsible for holding valid licensing and insurance, maintaining their vehicles, and delivering the service they list. OVOLOZ verifies providers but is not a party to the transport service itself.

Acceptable use

You agree to use OVOLOZ lawfully and not to misuse the platform, other users, or providers.
